Every tea is beneficial to us in one way or another. However, most teas do have specific caffeine content, which is why they are a good source of energy. Using coffee as a fixed comparison of high-caffeine content (150-200 milligrams), black tea, which has 60-90 milligrams of caffeine, has the highest caffeine content of all teas!
