What would be the dosage of cat's claw for inflammation?

I used to take about 3 doses every day. The thing with cat’s claw is that it is not regulated by FDA. That poses a problem because the exact dosage isn’t provided easily. However, if you want to try it, start with one dose of 300–500 mg for capsules every day. Increase it if you see a difference.
