Baby carrots are young, full-sized carrots which are picked out when they are young because of their texture and sweetness. Their tops are snapped off and washed with a small amount of chlorine which is added to the water. They are sliced into 2 inches apiece. Following this, the harvesters store them for five days and later sent for packaging. Marked as spam
