Lycopene in tomatoes, how much do you need to get healthy bones?
According to this study, drinking two cups of tomato juice a day can help improve bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

But what about eating the whole fresh tomatoes ? It will not have the same benefit as lycopene is easily absorbed after treatment, so tomato juice, ketchup and ketchup are considered to be better sources of lycopene than tomatoes in their natural form.
