Walnuts are beneficial during memory loss. They are used to overcome other brain disorders as well. Take 20 grams regularly for effective benefits.

Black Pepper

Take a preparation of finely grounded seeds of 5 black peppercorns and a teaspoon honey in the morning as well as in the evening to combat the problem.


Sage acts on the part of the cortex in the brain. Sage is a beneficial herb regarding the problem of amnesia. It also plays an important role in mitigating mental exhaustion. Older people must stay away from cola, coffee, tea, chocolate, alcohol, products of white flour, sugar, artificial food colors, white rice, strong condiments, and chemical additives. You should have three meals every day. A diet rich in phosphorus like cereals, milk, nuts, and fruit juices should be eaten. Cow milk is highly beneficial, but must be consumed as much as you can digest easily.


The fruits that will help in memory loss are figs, oranges, apple, and grapes. Consume raisins along with figs and raisins.


Ground Pepper
